WEEKLY CLASSES

Things can be difficult as we all know, but that doesn’t mean your practice has to be put on hold! I am teaching all sorts of in-person and virtual classes right now and I would love to have you in them.

All class times are in Central Time.


Community Class with Rebecca

Community class is offered over Zoom and all are welcome. The links below will take you directly to the zoom meeting.

Sunday @ 9:00 am - 45 minute Yoga-Based (Virtual)

All community classes are pay-if/as-able.
